SHRIMPS ON SPINACH WITH RICE STICKS
INGREDIENTS (for 2 portions)
a pack of king prawns or shrimps (depending on the taste, choice, money, etc.)
a pack of frozen spinach
rice sticks
cream cheese
a pack of small tomatoes
butter
dried garlic
dried parsley
salt, pepper
other spices if you wish
PREPARATION
Put the spinach in the pot and cook on low heat. When it defrosts, add cream cheese, salt and pepper and mix it with spinach.
Cook the water and add rice sticks. Cook for about 5-10 minutes.
Melt butter in the frying pan. Add the shrimps. Add dried garlic, dried parsley, salt and pepper. Fry the shrimps for 5-10 minutes under the lid.
Cut the tomatoes in halves.
Put the rice sticks on the plate. On the top, in the middle put the spinach. On the spinach put the fried shrimps. Add the sauce from the frying pan on the top.
Decorate with the halves of small tomatoes.
